지난달 25일에 H4LAB 신년회가 있었어요 ㅎㅎ
뒤늦은 후기를 올립니다!
대구에서 올라오는 멤버가 있어서 장소는 서울역으로 하고 식당은 대표님이 정하셨는데
바로 "인손 서울" 이라는 숙성 참치회 맛집이였어요!!
인테리어는 전체적으로 옛날 7080 감성으로 LP와 카세트 테이프 등으로 꾸며져있어서 재미있는 분위기였구요!
저희가 시킨 메인 메뉴는 참다랑어 배꼽살&대뱃살&딱새우!
좋은 음식에 좋은 술도 필요하죠!
글렌피딕 위스키도 주문해서 기분을 내보았어요 ㅎㅎ
추가로 술불 삼치 구이가 유명해서 같이 시켜보았습니다!
참다랑어 배꼽살&대뱃살......진짜 입에서 살살 녹는 맛이였구요!!
바질이 올라간 삼치구이도 가시를 다 빼고 요리를 해서 포슬포슬한 살만 먹기 편하게 요리하셨더라구요!
역시나 너무 맛있었습니다!
성게알도 시켰었는데 정신없이 먹느라 사진을 못찍었었네요 ㅋㅋㅋ
좋은 요리와 좋은 사람들과 H4LAB의 올해 목표 등 알찬 신년회를 보냈었네요 ㅎㅎ
