Maintaining health is very important to be done by every community, especially with natural conditions that do not determine, suddenly hot weather occurs and suddenly turns cold, and in addition to the current situation, the spread of bacteria and the covid-virus is increasingly prevalent 19.

how to maintain a healthy body usually has to be in accordance with a person's needs, age and activity as well as one's abilities, and nutritional intake is also needed as a form of protecting the body from within.

in the following I will describe some simple ways to maintain a healthy body and easy to do in everyday life.

consume vegetables and fruit
