I haven't made a post in a long time because I'm busy. So this time I will try to share a motivational experience that I have experienced with you. It's pretty sure for some, it's a moment of self-doubt that just pops up. While for others these feelings are often felt when they are not okay. In some situations, feeling that there is something wrong with you, it reflects the fact that you are currently in a situation that is not okay. So, in this case, what is the underlying cause? 1. You are feeling lonely

A number of factors can make you feel alone with no one around. Maybe this is because you have a bad relationship with your family or are anxious to start making friends with other people. Usually, when you feel something is wrong with yourself, it's because you feel lonely. You're struggling to make the social connections you want, make friends, and have friends you can hang out with and spend time with. However, the reality is that you don't always get that. This is what ultimately causes you to often ask yourself, what's wrong with you?

2. You are feeling overwhelmed with your life and activities
