Cultivos de calabaza/ Squash crops [ESP/ENG]

Hola amigos, hoy les estare hablando de la auyama, son muy conocidas en llano venezolano por su buen sabor y por las preparaciones que se hacen con ella.

Debo decir que la torta de aullama es de mis favoritas y se le puede agregar chocolate y otras decoraciones que la dejan super genial.

La auyama se da en epoca de invierno una sola ves al año, cuando tambien esta la cosecha de maíz, ambos se siembran juntos.

Una planta puede cargar en abundancia, todo depende de la buena semilla y la calidad de la tierra.

Hello friends, today I will be talking about squash, they are well known in the Venezuelan plain for their good taste and for the preparations that are made with it.

I must say that the aullama cake is one of my favorites and you can add chocolate and other decorations that leave it super great.

Squash occurs in winter only once a year, when there is also the corn harvest, both are planted together.

A plant can load in abundance, it all depends on the good seed and the quality of the soil.

Esta planta se da en climas calidos y tropicales, se debe fumigar para evitar que los insectos la dañen, el agricultor debe estar pendiente en todo momento.

Unas de las recetas que prepara mi madre es la sopa y crema de auyama, ambas son super deliciosas y se acompañan con pollo,carne y arepa.
