Meditation is a great way to boost your health, improve your mood and feel more connected to those around you. But it can be challenging to figure out how to get started. Meditation helps cushion stress and calm the nerves.Meditation can also reduce the areas of anxiety, chronic pain, depression, heart disease and high blood pressure.

TIPS ON HOW MEDITATION COULD BE ENHANCED


  • Spontaneous Meditation Exercise :

Meditation is not an instant quick-fix to solving all of life's problems. It takes time to reap the benefit. Approach each meditation as an opportunity to get to know your mind better.

  • Observe Meditation Time Always :

Schedule a time of the day to meditate. Its easier to establish the practice as a habit and you would be more likely to do it everyday.

  • Select a Meditation Space :

Choose a selected room or space to meditate. It can help train body and mind to feel more comfortable and allow you to transit into meditation and more easily.

  • Empty and Clear Your Mind :

Jumping into meditation after a hard day may not be best. It might be harder to sit still and calm your nerves. So try hard to wind down before you begin meditation practices.

  • Start With a Deep Breathe :

Taking a few deep breathe before you begin your meditation can trigger a relaxation response when the body begins to feel safe and at ease. This is the beat time to start meditation.

  • Breathe :

The Essence of mindfulness mediatation is simply about bringing your awareness back to your breath over and over again.

  • Return the Routine Everyday :

Return to the activities listed above, even if you dont feel like it. The power of meditation comes in creating a routine and making of a daily practice. Meditation at least 15 minutes everyday promotes positive well-being and reduced stress levels.
