HOW TO MAKE GROUNDNUT CAKES
INGREDIENTS
- Groundnuts
- Salt
- Seasoning
- Fresh Pepper
- Water
PROCEDURE
STEP 1
Fry the groundnuts and allow to cool down
STEP 2
Peel off the back of the groundnuts or shed them of their chaff.
STEP 3
Grind them into paste and add salt and seasoning and pepper to it.
STEP 4
Add 2 cups of water, Stir well until oil precipitates from the solution, being visible to the eye.
STEP 5
Separate oil from paste and mould on a board to get desired shape, fry the moulded paste till golden brown.
