Esta es mi Steem Feedback, espero sea de utilidad para la mejora continua de esta maravillosa plataforma. Gracias a #steemingcurators por la iniciativa, realmente considero que hacen falta este tipo de post, para interactuar y retroalimentarnos de todos los que hacemos vida en Steemit.

As a member of the Steem community, what improvements would you like to see in the Steemit.com social platform?
A pesar de mi poco tiempo “como miembro” en esta gran familia; el contenido que presenta es muy variado y entretenido; para mí, el manejo de la plataforma ha sido cómodo para poder publicar mis vivencias y curiosidades, además que aprendo mucho de otras culturas, aplicaciones, entre otras.
Despite my short time "as a member" in this great family; the content it presents is very varied and entertaining; for me, the management of the platform has been comfortable to publish my experiences and curiosities, plus I learn a lot about other cultures, applications, among others.

- MEJORAR LA COMPRENSIÓN DE LA FUNCIÓN QUE TIENEN LOS STEEMCURATOR.
- IMPROVE THE UNDERSTANDING OF THE FUNCTION OF THE STEEMCURATOR.
Particularmente desconozco las funciones de cada SteemCurator y quizás por ignorante peque al manifestar mi opinión. Pero desde que inicie mi camino como Blockchain en Steemit, han sido pocas las oportunidades donde he sido comentada, votada o curada por los primeros curadores. Es steemcurator05 a quien le veo mayor participación e interacción con las publicaciones; al igual que por algunas comunidades.
Particularly I don't know the functions of each SteemCurator and perhaps because I'm ignorant, I'm a little ignorant when I express my opinion. But since I started my journey as a Blockchain in Steemit, there have been few opportunities where I have been commented, voted or curated by the first curators. It is steemcurator05 to whom I see more participation and interaction with the publications; as well as by some communities.
Por lo que sugiero, no sé si sea posible generar un espacion “X” o en SteemitBlog donde se realicen Mini Biografías o Post Informativos sobre ellos. Como por ejemplo: Que función tiene Steemcuratoor01?, Que actividades realiza “X” comunidad?, Que hace la aplicación paralela o externa que trabaja con Steemit (por dar un nombre “Quora”), entre otras noticias, que servirán de apoyo para cada usuario.

- MEJOR LA INTEGRACIÓN DE COMUNIDADES ASI COMO SUS CONTENIDOS, PARA NO REPETIR CONTENIDO O TEMAS DE CONCURSO Y/O RETOS.
- THE INTEGRATION OF COMMUNITIES AS WELL AS THEIR CONTENTS, SO AS NOT TO REPEAT CONTENT OR CONTEST TOPICS AND / OR CHALLENGES.
Así como existen curadores y moderadores, que revisan el contenido de nuestras historias para verificar que son contenidos de calidad y originales; seria de mucha utilidad la generación de un grupo supervisor de cada nueva comunidad.

En este trimestre he observado la generación de varias nuevas comunidades; que a mi modo de verlas, son improvisadas. Pertenezco a muy pocas, de las tanta que existen en esta enorme plataforma y si he sumado algunas en los últimos meses, ha sido por exigencia de las dinámicas para poder participar en un reto o concurso en específico, así no me guste o llame mi atención esa comunidad.
In this quarter I have observed the creation of several new communities, which in my opinion, are improvised. I belong to very few of the many that exist in this enormous platform and if I have joined some in the last months, it has been due to the requirement of the dynamics in order to participate in a specific challenge or contest, even if I do not like or call my attention to that community.
Mi comunidad principal de participación es WORD OF XPILAR y me encanta; ya que considero que está bien estructurada, posee tópicos desde diferentes puntos de vistas, si deseas escribir historias, dibujar, aquí lo consigues; así como diferentes concursos de fotografías.
My main community of participation is WORD OF XPILAR and I love it; since I consider that it is well structured, has topics from different points of view, if you want to write stories, draw, here you get it; as well as different photo contests.
Considero que a nivel interno, cada comunidad creada debe tener una escrutar solida antes de poder tener suscriptores y que sus contenidos sean programados para no ser repetitivos.
I consider that internally, each community created must have a solid scrutiny before being able to have subscribers and that its contents are programmed so as not to be repetitive.
¿Qué otras características, herramientas, mejoras y funcionalidades crees que beneficiarán la experiencia del usuario y mejorarán la usabilidad de la plataforma social Steemit.com?

El uso de la aplicación para mí ha sido fácil, porque lo hago desde mi laptop y he tenido mucha ayuda por parte de algunas a amistades. Pero he observado a varios nuevos miembros que aún no comprender el uso y aplicación Markdown, así como la ortografía y estructura de los post para una mejor comprensión.
Using the application for me has been easy, because I do it from my laptop and I have had a lot of help from some friends. But I have observed several new members who still do not understand the use and application of Markdown, as well as the spelling and structure of the posts for a better understanding.
- UNIFICAR CRITERIOS PARA LA SELECCIÓN DE GANADORES EN LAS DIFERENTES DINÁMICAS.

He visto varios concursos que utilizan aplicaciones como la ruleta para seleccionar a los ganadores de los concurso y particularmente no me gustan, porque no juzga el contenido y calidad del post, sino es al azar.

De igual forma, me encanto la creación de los Steemit Awards 2020 (aunque la forma de selección de los ganadores dio mucho que desear); considero oportuno que se reconozca el trabajo de los representantes, administradores, moderadores y demás miembros con autoridad o rango dentro de la plataforma. Sé que trabajan duro y son Dedicados para mejorar constantemente la plataforma.
Similarly, I loved the creation of the Steemit Awards 2020 (although the way of selecting the winners gave much to be desired); I consider it appropriate to recognize the work of representatives, administrators, moderators and other members with authority or rank within the platform. I know they work hard and are dedicated to constantly improve the platform.

Vaya si, tienes muchas ideas buenas... Que bueno este medio para expresar todas esas inquietudes... Por mi parte se trata de mejorar cada día más, pero a veces me digo... <que más podré mejorar, ya no doy más>. Y lo que redunda siempre en mi cabeza es: ¿qué estoy haciendo mal?¿estoy fallando?, ¿qué le gusta a los curadores?, pero me imagino que se trata de hacer siempre lo que a uno le guste y hacer lo mejor que se pueda y la verdad es lo que siempre trato de hacer e igual si creo que se pueda dar aun más... Suerte con tu post amiga, de seguro los curadores tomaran en cuenta todas estas sugerencias... Saludos y bendiciones...

Hi @endemikas thank you for sharing your feedback and for your entry into this contest.
As for your suggestion we actually have a community for asking anything you want to know at steemit feedback community
Its good to have varieties of communities around and users can choose which community they like the most.
Other suggestions is great such as improvement on the markdown.
About the steemcurators account they are operate by the Country Representatives ; steemcurator04-08 they will be curating post from the users that coming from their country/region usually thediarygame or other theme like betterlife.
steemcurator01-02 manage by the steemit team.
steemcurator03 manage by the steem greeters team.
There are also booming01-04 that is for community support program to support the post in the communities.

Thanks for your feedback @cryptokannon. I am still new to this world and I don't know many of its wonders, as well as its communities. I will subscribe to this community to express my concerns and be attentive to any comments that may be helpful.
Because of the large number of members in steemit, I value your work and dedication. They are always ready to answer every participation, to be our support and guides.
