Things we pay attention to when we review a post

Steemexclusive

From the two words "steemit and exclusive". It implies that a "post" is posted “Only on Steemit.” Not posted somewhere else or worst was copied from other blogging sites.
It's a "Steemit Rule" and there's no negotiation on this because it has to be that way.
It is also one of the basis of how quality your post is and whether it is really of original content.

Plagiarism

There are a lot of plagiarism checker that can help assure our post is steemexclusive. An example of this can be smallseotools.com . Before we click on the "post button" for the final go, it's best to check first the content of our post if the sentences used are all unique. The practice of doing so gives us peace and confidence that our post is steemexclusive and is plagiarized-free because it will inform us of any sentences that require to be rephrased making it 100% unique. It has a free version enough to make us confident and worry-free whenever we make a post.

30% Post Payout to @steemingcuration

Apart from the overall "Steemit Rule", we also have our specified "Community Rule/Agreement", which is to set 30% of our post payout reward to @steemingcuration whenever we chose to post here at Steeming Community.

This is one of the ways to increase the voting value of our community curation account. Nobody else will benefit in the long run but us. So we kept on reminding you all to not ever forget the agreed 30%.
Our community manager @crytokannon has a very broad perspective on this. She wants the voting value to be sufficient to support each member in the future. So let's join and support her with this excellent aspiration.
