First of all I would like to thank @steemingcuration and @fabio2614 for giving me the opportunity to post a contest in this community. Alright friends, below the theme that I will discuss is PERSEVERANCE.

Perseverance equals the Secret of a Successful Life.

I remember very well one of the messages from a teacher who taught skills when I was in school. At that time, we were taught to make weaving skills. Some girl friends can do it with very good results. While most of the boys do not produce good works, including myself. In my opinion, weaving is a difficult, difficult and complicated job. I also gave up hope. Well, that's where my teacher said that; "children need perseverance, not just weaving. This is a life lesson. In any case, we really need perseverance".

That short message stuck in my mind to this day. And that's what moves my heart in living this life. Perseverance! Yes, persistence is very important to me. To be a successful person (success), everyone really needs to have perseverance. Why do I say that? Because behind that persistence there is a beautiful result, a cool result, and a perfect result.

Just look at some examples that we can see now. LAre you currently wearing jeans? Or yesterday you've worn these jeans. But do you know how the storyline of the emergence of Jeans on earth? Well, here I will tell a little for those who don't know. The history of the emergence of jeans is thanks to the perseverance of a man working gold miners in California, America. The short story is this;

In the 1850s, Levi Strauss ventured to California to mine for gold. From mining for so long it turned out that the results were not much, but he did not give up. He then looked for a side business by making hard cloth (jeans) for tents or car covers. His co-workers then commented; "Why don't you just make pants from this material?" The man explained that the miners needed trousers made of strong fabric. Finally Levi Strauss agreed. With his perseverance, he finally made pants for gold miners. Of course this is the first step for Levi Strauss to get "gold" (income). Pants made of jeans that turned out to be liked by many people, even became popular throughout the world. And to this day we also wear it.

That's a short story about the origin of Jeans. From the perseverance of a gold miner, it produces a work that is very legendary. There is also one more example, try friends, pay attention to those around you now. Look up, but not at the sky. Look at the lights in your house, school, mall, and in cafes, you will know the story of the emergence of the light bulbs. Thanks to the perseverance of a Thomas Alfa Edison who did not pass during his schooling. Because he was so diligent in making trials hundreds of times, then he produced his cool and perfect work. The lamps are very useful for the world to this day. We can feel and use the results of his work.

Do we still need Perseverance?

There are two possible answers to the questions above. First, yes it is necessary. Second, No need. The answer that comes from the group of people who have positive energy alias people who are enthusiastic in living their lives. On the other hand, the second answer comes from the pessimistic group of people. People who have no faith in their future. So, which group of people do you belong to? Think about it for a moment, shut up and think about it.

If you are a pessimist and say there is no need to persevere, then stop reading this book. Close it and give it to someone else. But if you are an optimist and say; "Oh, persevering is so necessary". So keep reading and keep going. Pick some of the values ​​of life in it. Because this is very important for the lives of young people who want to be successful in their lives.

What exactly is Perseverance?

• For me, Perseverance is an attitude of a warrior who never gives up and keeps trying to do his best even in the worst conditions. Perseverance will also shape people to be resilient, and good at seeing opportunities in the middle of obstacles. These are the values ​​that a young man should have.

In terms of romance alone, perseverance is also very much needed. I also remembered the slogan or jargon of the Javanese people who said this; "tresno iku jalaran soko nglibet". If I interpret it in everyday Indonesian it means "Love comes because of tenacity in pursuing". Of course this has also happened in my life. In the past, thanks to my perseverance, finally the woman I loved was melted in my arms. Even though now he is gone from my life.
