Steeming Community Contest|Theme: "Human Health"

Hello everyone, this is my first time to join in any contest here in @steemimgcommunity. But I do my best to join in any activities here. First of all I want to thanked for those people behind in this wonderful contest.

My topics for today is all about spiritual health. It is also part of the human body but the center of my topics is all about spiritual.

This is the bible, the contents here is all about Love, And Insperational message to all people here on earth. The message comes from the bible can help us to enlighten and relax our mind and spirit.

There are verses in this book that gives to all people a good idea and help them to make them calm. Many people suffered of different problems were out of path and leads to a great failure and distruction. But because of the message coming from this book can help them light up the way on which they lead through.

Spiritual health is very important for us people there is no synthetic medicine can be cure in a spiritual illness but the best medicine in order to overcome this is to read the beautiful message of the bible.

This is just only a book full of letters but it can bring a big help of the spiritual needs to us. Our spiritual, holds our body, mind and physical appearance.

Bible is the best weapon to fight spiritual problems in order for us to move forward with positively vibes and can concentrate of the things we do.

This post of mine is reflected also to myself. I already experienced this kind of situation, lack of spiritual needs. Many temptations appeared in mind and spiritually weak. When our spiritual is very weak, temptations will easily to destroy ourselves, mind and body.

The time when I having an experience in this kind of situation, I felt more weak, can't concentrate on all the things and activities. But when I decided to read the bible, specially those Insperational message written in the bible, I felt more strong and positively proud to myself not only for physical but also for spiritual health.
