For most of us pursing after our lifetime success, we should not forget or leave our health behind because it is he who lives works.

Therefore, I will be sharing with you on the Health benefit of Cucumber and Groundnuts.

Cucumber and Groundnuts is a very nutritious meal any one can enjoy as appetizer while waiting for the main meal. Cucumber and Groundnuts are two of a kind that are very rich in supplying the body with what is required to make the body healthy.

Many people consume this fruits as a solid bite and other dislike it not knowing the health benefit of them.

Cucumber as we see it are low in calories, but have a high amount of water substance of about 96% according to researchers and it helps to keep the body hydrated.

Some other supplement you can find in cucumber are protein, nutrients, fiber which are totally taken when they are not peeled.

Then, that of groundnuts have around 567 calories still according to researchers, which means they are high in calories and fat. It also contains 7% of water. Some of the supplement you can find in groundnuts are protein, cell reinforcement and nutrients.

That is why most people eat it everyday anytime as a healthy appetizer or snacks.

Cucumber are scientifically known as cucumis sativus and belongs to the same botanical family as melons and squashes. While groundnuts, on the other hand is botanically called Arachis hypogaea. Although popularly considered as Vegetable, it is actually a fruit. Cucumbers can either be eaten raw, together with other Vegetable in our salad; made into juice or eaten as a snack, that is with groundnut in this case.
