Human Health
As we know that health is a form of perfection of a life. Health is very important and very expensive, you will not get it and replace it in any market. There are two categories of health that exist in humans, giving birth to 4 other intelligences. How is this possible? Let's we see together about this.
Healthy body
The body is one of the physical forms of humans that are gross and very strong and smooth and soft. From the picture above illustrates that there are 8 things that humans need to keep the body healthy and work well as it should. Breathing, water, essentials fats, acid balance, heart, structural integrity, nutrition, and movement.
- Breathing
All humans need fresh air containing O²+ which will be useful as a cleaner from the lungs. Just try to hold your breath for a few seconds, then I too you will be very desperate. So what about the humans who suffer from shortness of breath? They are very dying and we don't know that they are so close to death, because breathing is one of the signs of life.
- Water
Is there a human who doesn't need water? No! Obviously that's the answer, but have we consumed clean and hygienic water? Our bodies are also mostly made up of water which has a function to clean the internal organs and filter them so that in time the dirty water will come out. We will live better and will have a healthy body by consuming 8 liters of water a day. Remember, honey, water is not another flavored brand of water.😘
- Essentials fats
Well, this is the part we always pretend to forget. As if this part was never written, don't you think? However, we see how someone who has fat exceeds the level (obese). The body has a level of fat to be consumed every day, and it should not be more or you will feel the name complications or cholesterol disease.
- Acid balance
Is the food we eat right? Are we living or are we living food? Acid balance will not matter if the level is appropriate, but if it is excessive it will invite a very dangerous disease. Acid balance is useful for balancing sugar levels in the body so that all parts of the body that take on the role of acid balance will function properly.
- Hearts
It is another important part that we must take care of and give it the best we can. A good heart comes from positive thoughts and a good heart comes from good food.
- Structural integrity
We must ensure that our bodies need everything that is needed for other organs of the body to form strong and healthy bones and body structures, so that diseases such as stroke and paralysis and bone fragility can be prevented and minimized.
- Nutrition*
Consuming foods that contain lots of nutrients is one of the answered prayers. This is because with adequate and good nutrition, the reproduction of our bodies will be healthy as a whole.
- Movements
After all of the above efforts have been made, to get a healthier body, we must exercise regularly so that the organs in the body can work properly through the burnings that occur during the exercise process.
As I mentioned above, that there are two parts of our body that we must take care of, the body and the mind.
Healthy mind
What's the point if you are healthy in body but have bad thoughts and negative thoughts? This will throw off the balance of the rest of the body and will disrupt the body's activities. Like a madman, having a healthy body but not having a healthy mind. So, a healthy body and an unhealthy mind cannot be said to be healthy. We must take care of our body to be healthy and strong so that we will get the other 4 intelligences;
- Emotional Intelligence EQ
- Spiritual Intelligence SQ
- Brain Intelligence IQ
- Transandental Intelligence TQ
One thing I have learned in life is that your health comes from the food you eat, if you are sick then change your diet.
And this is how I take care of my diet and that of my family, I often cook dishes at home and the children really like fruits, so the stock of fruit is always there.
My husband and I also often invite the children to eat out, and even then by listening to various fixed menu choices with vegetables and meat.
And sometimes we also often play before enjoying the dishes we have ordered.
And for snacks at home, my husband always provides and buys necessities according to the nutritional intake of the family and especially the children.
And if the heart and mind are not good, then what my family and I do is find a new atmosphere by utilizing the beauty of nature which has a million wonders and has thousands of remedies.
As for tips from me if your health decreases;
- Change diet
- Drink lots of water
- Eat foods that contain lots of nutrients
- Enough rest
- Meditate
- Holiday
- And sightseeing
Be grateful for what has been given, form a positive mindset and eat nutritious food (4 healthy 5 perfect).
Well steemian friends, wherever you are, in any part of the world, we are given health not to damage or make it as capital for negative purposes, but as much as possible we live in a healthy state of body and mind so as to give birth to a positive aura and keep us from despair. Healthy is expensive and not sold by the roadside! ️
