From time to time, from time to time, you have to see yourself in the mirror. Give up, breathe, let go, forgive, start over.

For days I questioned the issue of expectations a lot: do you know how harmful they are?

There are women who get on that boat and it is very difficult for them to get off.

After so many things lived, many of us become demanding, intolerant and squared off. "It is that I tolerated too much (others) and today I do not tolerate anyone else"; I heard this just today.

And you know what? It's just like that.

It is very easy to tell someone about everything that I achieved in front of the mirror when I decided to move forward: self-love, self-determination, decision, life, hope; but how difficult it is to apply all that when it comes to others.

Many of us learn to believe in ourselves so much that we completely lose the ability to believe in someone else (and less, when they fail you at the first oversight).

I wish people understood the incapacity that they sow in a person when their hearts, dreams and ideas are broken. As humans, I wish we understood the fragility of emotional peace, the power of trust, and the overwhelming capacity of love.

Love ... yes, you learn to love after so much tide, when calm comes. You love with more maturity, with more reality, with less uncertainty, but also with more determination than what is desired from the partner ... and that, sometimes is intolerable even for oneself.

Then it's time to stop being the person they expect you to be. Be the person you are, and that's it.

I am a true believer that when you love roses, you love the color, the smell, the petals, the stem, and also the thorns.

And whoever loves you with thorns, loves you with all his being ... (and will never be afraid to say it and prove it).
