HUMAN HEALTH
What is Health? Health as it been defined with my knowledge it is the complete state of physical, mental and social well-being of an individual not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. So health is the most important thing in human well-being. Health is not just the physical but also the psychological and emotional well-being of individuals, because when the human health is affected by sickness the person will no longer function well in it physical state. The human health is the most important thing in the body.
THE NEED FOR GOOD FOOD.
Eating good food is very vital for the body system. Let me tell you about one of my uncle since I became grown up and started knowing good and bad this my Uncle has been smoking, I and my siblings came across him when we were in the village we explained to him the bad side of what he is doing he told us then that when he smokes he get inspired and can do anything. He said when he smokes that is when is senses are correct. But the bad side is reflecting in his body. He has no body weight he is very slim, he can't even eat good quantities of food. We told him you will get cancer of the lungs, but he refuses to listen to us, but today he cannot do any hard work again. There so many other young we told them smokers are liable to die young some of them listen to us but some refused to listen and they are so affected. Please stay away from anything that can affect your health.
Talking about the Human health My dad was once smoking when I grew up to know him he was a little better because from when he got married to my mother they made him leave smoking but today you will see the difference in the then life and that of now.
Eating good food is one important thing that can bring good health to the body system.
Talking about the Human health it can also be affected if nitrate from polluted drinking water is ingested into the body system. Human health is one of the most important factor which can be capable of affecting the economy of a region.
In human health we need to consider three components, (the mind, the body and the spiritual health). This three components are being carried by a body it is inside the body the mind is developed, it is same body the spirit occupied.

When the body of someone is affected by sickness the spirit will be weak, the mind will also be occupied with different thoughts. The person will be thinking of how they can be well again and be fit physically. When the body is affected the physical well-being will be affected as Well. Exercise is very important to carry out every morning to ensure that body is fit. When the body is fit there won't be any kind of sickness that can easily affect the body.
IMPORTANCE OF HUMAN HEALTH
The human health is consisted of the Body, the mind and the spiritual health. Being healthy should be our every day lifestyle.
- The health of an individual will feel balanced, by eating balanced diet and having a good sleep when necessary and also living in an healthy environment.
- Chronic diseases and long-term illnesses can be avoided by leading a healthy lifestyle.
- Maintaining a healthy lifestyle by paying attention to your body's needs.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF EATING HEALTHY.
Heart health: With this the heart of individuals will be very healthy liable to live longer in life.
Reduced cancer risk: With eating a good and healthy food there will be very low level of contacting cancer.
Better mood: Eating a better food and happy can also improve the mood of someone.
Memory: With eating good food the memory of people will be stable they can think well.
Weight loss: Eating the correct foods you will possess a good body weight.
Diabetes: When good food is taken there will be improvement in the body system there won't be any kind of diabetes.
- Housing can affect the human health.
- Lack of financial stability.
- The environment
- Employment
- Security
When all this are not in good condition it will surely affect the well-being of individuals.
CONCLUSION
As an environmental health officer, and a preventive health officer I huge to take your environment seriously and make sure that your environment is kept very clean all the time. They say health is wealth.
Make sure every time you feel sick visit the hospital to take proper medication in order to prevent the sickness to further spread through the body because once the sickness weak you no matter how strong you become you will be weak there won't be strength in you.
