Assalamu Alaikum how are you all Alhamdulillah I am fine and healthy.Today I am going to participate in food competition here hope you all will like my food. That's because today's meal is a delicious recipe with eggs and potatoes. This dish is very popular in our area. We prepare and eat different types of food. In that case I can say that I love this dish very much. When I feed these to my kids, my smile makes me feel so happy to enjoy these foods. I sometimes feed my kids fried eggs. My kids love any recipe with eggs. Well I featured this dish in your contest hope you all have a choice now and like it.

Potatoes	5 o'clock
Egg	two
Oil	1 cup
Salt	amount like
Yellow	1 tbsp
Chilli powder	1 tbsp
Eggs	4 o'clock
Ginger batter	1 tbsp
Garlic batter	1 tbsp
Cumin batter	1 tbsp

First step

At first I boiled it with enough water. Then after the eggs were cooked, I removed them from the oven and avoided the egg shells.

Second step

Then I put the curry on the stove. Now after catching I give oil then I leave the eggs with turmeric paste

The third step

When the eggs become red in color and fried, I will remove the eggs

Fourth step

Then I will chop the onion and green chillies and after some time I will mix the onion well with the green chillies. And I will give my masala as much as there is.

Fifth step

Then when the masalas are mixed with the onion and chili, I will add the eggplant and potatoes. After a while, stir.

Sixth step

Then I add enough water when the potatoes and eggplants are cooked. Then cover with a lid

Seventh step

When my curry balcony is up, I add my fried eggs on top and leave it on the stove for five minutes.

Last step

Then I'll dress up to my heart's content. Take a selfie with me. Egg is a popular food in our country. This dish is loved by everyone especially when cooked this way it is sticky and chewy. You can make it like me and eat it, I hope it won't taste bad, it will be good.
