IS SLEEPING BETTER FOR THE BODY |

Sleep is an importat routine which the body must carry out regularly to stay normal and healthy. As humans we are expected to sleep at least 8 to 9 hours in the night. That is if your sleep start by 8 pm to 5 am you sleep 9 hours and it heals the brain to cool down.
Sleeping is good mentally because in the day we work all throughout and when we sleep our brain gets to rest and our heart beat normally, blood flow not fat not slow but moderately.
Hydration and Dehydration |

Hydration is a process where a human does not take in water because he or she is not thirsty and hungry for water or any sort of liquid that is drinkable. While on the other hand dehydration is a process where a person gets thirsty because of lack of water or any sort of drink. So if a person is thirsty it is said that he or she is dehydrated but if the person does not want to drink water or any drink it is said that he is hydrated.

Dehydration can be seen when there is intake of water to the body, dehydration can be seen when the temperature of a place is high, at that point the body starts to give up water and the body gently goes on to be dehydrated.
The classes of food |

There are six classes of food which include carbohydrates that is starchy foods like rice spaghetti and others. Protein that is body building foods and they include beans egg meat and etc. Fat and oil this foods include butter fried meat and other more. Minerals salt this are foods which can help you to excrete waste out of your body example is eating the inside of an orange. If you haven't used the toilet for about two days eating the inner part of an orange will help you to remove those waste. Vitamin this type of food are mainly fruits because of the high rate of vitamin in them. Example is sweet orange which has vitamin c in it.
Lastly we have water this is what we humans cannot go a day without drinking because it is helpful to our body systems .

Sleep is indeed needed by humans to make us physical fit. I totally agree with the humans require 8 to 9 hours sleep 😴 at night. You have written well keep it up 👍.
