WHAT ARE THE THINGS A PERSON MUST DO TO STAY FIT

There are some things which we humans must do to stay fit always this include exercises, eating healthy food, this things can help a person stay fit and help their body to be flexible. Incase most of us do not know eating healthy food is great and can help your body increase blood .

Benefits of drinking water 💧

Drinking water constantly helps our body to stay without being dehydrated. Water is one of the 6 classes of food and it is very essential for the body. A human is advised to take at least 5 litres of water daily for proper body hydration. Water enables blood flows and it helps the kidney to pass out waste.

The help of fruits in our body

Many fruits which we know have some important vitamins which helps our body cells to function properly example of this are carrot which have vitamin c. And vitamin c helps in improving eye sight. Oranges also have vitamin c. Aside from having vitamins in them they also have sweet taste which a human can eat up the fruits. Aside from fruits being healthy for our body they can also serve as medicine for our body.

Causes of malnutrition

Malnutrition is seen as when a person doesn't eat well or do not eat good food or the person always stick to one particular type of food for example eating only rice every day. Malnutrition can be caused when a person does not eat balance diet, when a person repeatedly eat one type of food. And when a person eat less food this can cause malnutrition to the person's body.
