Is Indonesia a safe country for women and children?

Actually, the crime rate in Indonesia is still far below that of other countries. There are still many other countries that have crime rates that have become part of the identity of the country. Based on data from the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) in 2021, Indonesia ranked 69th out of 133 countries in terms of crime rate, with a crime index of 40.6.
