  • Benefits of exercises, exercise to Reduce the Risk of Muscle Injuries

Hello my dear friends of #Steem Kids & Parents community, how are you doing today and your family I hope the are all fine, if so thanks to God. Here we are in the month of December which is the great and one of best month in the holl year. Today being 7 of December 2024, what I will doing myself is exercise that Reduce the risk of Muscle Injuries which goes on five (5) different ways which will be listed below:

Firstly before I proceed I will like us to know what exercise is all about. exercise can be defined as a situation or way in which every individual exercise his or her body system because every individual body system needs some exercise for better health and fitness, so stretching is one of the best solutions to take care of body system were I did some myself and below are they:

My first stretching exercise goes on stretching of my two hands to the front and one of my leg to the black and this exercise due help me a lod , it looks common but this exercise is very good and important for our fitness

My second stretching exercise goes on stretching of my hand and my waste side to side, such exercise enable my waste and harm to be active and free from some premature pain because it shark everywhere and the shaking helps in re-balancing all the common join in the body

My third stretching exercise goes on bending of the most important join in the body, and that joint is called Nile which enables me to stand balance and move freely, this need to be stretch even important.

My fourth stretching exercise goes on bending of my waste and stretching of my hands to the frost by placing it on the ground ,this exercise also help my waste to be active for easy Ben and ton.

My fifth stretching exercise goes on bending my waste and pushing my hands through in between of my two legs to the back side , these exercise help my waste to be active for easy Ben or ton also.

Conclusion
I use this opportunity to encourage everyone of us on @steemit including myself to keep on involving ourselves on exercise, because our body is very much in need of exercise.
