It is healthy to eat ground nuts every day. Consuming groundnuts daily has a lot of benefits, like:
prevention of heart diseases
lowering bad cholesterol
reducing the chances of heart stroke,
improving fertility
helping with weight loss and improving brain health.
Uses
The oil from groundnuts is used as cooking oil.
Lubricant, oil cake, which is used as animal feed, and organic manure.
Groundnut shell is used in the manufacture of activated carbon.
Back to the process of groundnut harvest.
So yesterday, my friend and I went to harvest groundnuts. We arrived at the farm, and we started the harvest. The harvest isn't too hard it's just to pull out the crops from the soil and gather them all together.
After that, we cut the groundnut seeds from the plants on which they are, and after picking them off the groundnut, we put them in a big clean basin and washed them until all the dirt was out of them. Then we dried the groundnuts for some time.
