How I Spent My Day

INTRODUCTION

@m-fdo , It is another day to give a good record of how I spent my day. Sharing the activities that pertains to how we spent our day is quite really fun to do.

Today, I spent most of my day doing clean-up exercises both in my s.urroundinhs and in my poultry farm. I have come to participate in this contest by sharing how I spent my day.

During the day, I engaged in some activities that involved cleaning my envoronment and attending to my poultry broiler birds. These activities are divided into three as follows:

• Morning

• Afternoon

• Evening

My Morning Activity

Environmetal clean-up exercise

Waking up today from bed, I discovered my surrounding is untidy as the weeds have grown. Even though we are in the dry season, the weeds grow unhindered as the soil remains fertile for the weeds. This is to say that the weeds grow well both in dry and rainy season.

On that discovery, I brought my working materials like rake, knife and shovel. First and foremost, I used the shovel to start removing the weeds right from its roots. After the weeding, I now used the rake to gather the weeds. After the raking, I left the weeds there for some time after which it got dried. I then used the matchstick to burn it.

After the enviroental clean-up exercise, I was served with yam prepared with stew. The yam that I took in the morning became breakfast.

My Afternoon Activity

After having a little rest from the environmental clean-up exercise, I layed my hands to have my lunch. I decided to have some fruits to take plum fruits as my lunch.

Plum is said to have numerous health benefits so I decided to have it as my lunch this afternoon. Plum is a rich source of vitamin A, and it does the following important functions:

• It is good for the reproductive health

• It builds kidney, lung, and heart health

• It boosts the immune system

• It improves eyesight

These are some the health benefits of plum and thats the reasons I take plum.

After taking the plums, I rested for about 2 hours and 30 minuites. As soon as I got energy, I went into my poultry farm to clean it. The chicks' dungs are litered every where and I had to use the shovel and broom to clean it. I parked the dungs in bags.

My Night Activity and what I bought

From the morning till now, you would definiyely notice that it has been a busy day for me.
Today, the chicks that I ordered arrived late and there was no light so the mean time, I pit on the lantern. I rushed quickly to pick them out of the carton. I now put feed into their feeders and water in their drinkers.

I bought two weeks old 30 broiler and noiler chicks at the cost of 3,000 each with the Nigerian naira. The total of this is 90,000 Nigerian naira.

At the moment, the naira to steem is 493 Nigerian naira to 1 steem. So converting the total amount of naira to steem would be 182.56 steem.

Fellow steemians, my day was really a hectic one and this is how I spent it.
