Where is the sound of music on steemit?. I can remember when music challenges were hosted and stars were taken out of it, but unfortunately, it's no more. So I'll be awakening those voices and instruments by bringing up this contest. How good are you in singing? Virtually everyone here sings for pleasure or in domains for worship. You have instruments at home that can serve as audio benefits for vocal matchups?
This contest is bringing to light, everything involving music. You may not be too good but you'll learn gradually by listening to how others sing. At the end of the contest, I'll announce winners and also point out the mistakes of everyone and suggest areas for improvement.
You don't need to be a professional singer, a musician by profession or an influencer. Singing helps in vocals improvement, speeches and mouth aches. It also gives peace of mind. So for a period of 2 months, we'll be focusing on Singing different songs acapella before introducing instrumentals.
A song would be given with the lyrics and audio. We'll learn how to sing the song from the original artiste and then sing acapella without instruments. Assesment won't be solely on how good you are in singing the song but on how good you are in producing the exact tone without alternating or changing.
Lyrics perfection won't be a criteria. Just get the tone. Perfection is not key. Just try your best to sing and bring the tone of the song to the. There are rules and criterias for selection of winners. For a start, winners would be up to 10.

This is the song we're going to sing this week. The title of the song is Love you from a distance by — Ashley Kutcher. We're to learn how to sing this song as deadline for submission of entry would be in 12 days. Some of us are not English speaking. We can get the lyrics from our web browser and translate to our language and sing in a way that the tone of the song would be heard clearly even if the lyrics isn't.
Get the tone well even though you're not perfect
That's what this contest is after. We're using our normal voice without adding background music or instrumental. Video yourself singing this song.
