But I must ask, why didn't you include the fish, three ikpa and bottle palm oil In your list because I'm very sure these ingredients are very expensive and has surpassed the 8 steems you mentioned here? Thank you for your observations, the ingredients you mentioned was already at home, one can cook them without the use of ikpa. It all depends on your choice
