"The Steemian that Inspires me the Most"

Everyone in life has that person that inspires him/her in various ways be it emotionally, spiritually, physically, academically and socially. There are certain things people do that instill that drives to be like them positively or work on yourself.

Someone's attitude toward others can inspire you to develop or mend yours. I've been inspired by many of which one of them is a popular but humble steemian on this platform. Her personality of being a leader is worth emulating.

She's daring and Frank I must say. She loves being opened rather than hiding facts and that's what I like her for. You may be wondering who this steemian is. She's no other than the Admin of steemkids and parents community @ngoenyi. Let me make this detailed by answering series of questions in relation to the steemian that inspires me.

As I mentioned earlier, @ngoenyi is that steemian. She has been doing tremendously well in contributing to the growth of this ecosystem and also trying as much as possible in building her blog.

She had and is still inspiring me till date. She has done this in various ways of which I'll specify and make every point detailed.

• Welcoming and Encouraging Newbies and other steemit users: This is something @ngoenyi has been passionate about for years. She has helped many become financially independent from this platform and that's plausible I must say. The screenshot below shows how she welcomed a newbie, giving her instructions and guides on how to make waves on this platform and enjoy it to the full.

Those welcoming and encouraging words inspires me a lot that's why I chose to replicate the favour of building me up to become someone on this platform. Let me briefly share my experience and how she encouraged me to get back strong.

I joined this platform basically as a novice without a guide. The person who introduced me didn't have time as she was busy doing steem promotion. I started doing things my own way thinking it's just a normal blogging platform. I wasn't aware of most rules in steemit asides community rules.
I started content creation aimlessly. I did my introductory post on this platform waiting to see something huge but the least I expected was what I saw. I created contents simultaneously expecting to see lots of votes as other users. Imagine I created up to 8 posts with not single vote on it.
All I saw from those posts was $0.00. I was greatly discouraged and left steemit because I felt I was wasting my time and resource. Months passed I never glanced through steemit not until i received encouragements from @ngoenyi having told her my ordeals.

She chose to be my guide till date. That's how I returned to steemit, better and stronger. I had the enthusiasm to be a good content creator on steemit after given that drive.

• Actively Creating content: @ngoenyi that I know and have known doesn't give up on anything easily. She actively creates Contents on steemit. Months back, there's no day she skipped Creating contents and that was enough inspiration for me to do same. I felt I won't be able to do so until I tried doing that a week. Her creating quality contents draws many to her although she's going through a lot as shown below.

• Expressed qualities: Throughout my Steemit journey, I've observed amiable qualities from her. Even with the titles she has on this platform, she's very much humble. That's very rare as most leaders lack this quality in various ways.

Personally, I've also observed her patience. Even with how I bothered her with questions in the process of learning, she patiently listen and answer my questions not minding how jaunty some may seem. She also gives attention to those who need her the most. These qualities from a leader really inspires me.

• Proper Management: Most communities on steemit are inactive but steemkids and parents is very much active because of proper management by its founder.

Yes, I've met this steemian before and we have been seeing on a weekly basis. When my friend @imohmitch went to her office to collect his steemit vest/T-shirt, I accompanied him and we took pictures as shown below. His height is quite impressive

• Responsibility is what she requires of users here. I've been trying my very best to actively create Contents and engage on this platform.

• I've also done my best in rendering help to those who need just as she did me and also patiently listen to them when they ask questions bothering them.

• Supporting others by votes and engagements and building my blog is what I'm still doing to meet her standards because she did not just sit down and fold her hands for her blog to be built. She worked hard into achieving that.

Personally, she's done a lot for me on this platform and my gift to her would be a surprise so I'll chose not to say what it would be. The day I'll give her and the gift will awestruck her.
