Diary game for Sunday 12 May 2021. Attending lunch ceremony.

Hi every one, its good to be here.
Sundays are always special and different from others days , so today wasn't exceptional ,i have two powerful events to attend .

The first was attending our children's book lunch in church.
The second was visiting our family friends and the last was ladies hand out.
So firstly i woke up very excited putting things in order,i started out with my daily routine , my morning chores as usual, my children also woke up to do theirs, so they started with arranging the house, sweeping and cleaning etc .

thereafter i went in to bath my little daughter, they boys had their bath i went into the kitchen to prepare a light breakfast for them ,i prepared tea with bread and some fried eggs, while they were eating , i hurried to the bathroom to had my bath, right after that i proceeded to dress them up with their church wears and shoes, brush their hair, and arranging their bags , it was a great day for them because they had a lot to perform in church, so they carried alot of clothes along for change up when necessary and they also have their book to lunch from the children's ministry. They are lunching a book GENDER CLARITY.

So we prepared on time to enable them to meet up with their various performance, after dressing up , we all stepped out to get a vehicle to church, as we were approaching the major road,we saw a cap and entered , getting to church , service had already started.

MORNING SESSIONS

We arrived the church and every one moved to their respective places and we joined in to the great service. We had several prayers lead by our pastors and the stage was given to the children , they had alot to display ranging from singing , spoken words ,dancing and talk shows concerning the various chapter and pages of the book.

We also had talk shows concerning the book which was about to be lunched.so we had the children talking about' gender clarity '
How to love and accept your gender.
Not allowing any one to deceive them and how to handle people who talk bad about their gender, it was really inspiring hearing the children address such topics very well and these were children ranging from 4 - 12. These were all content in the book ,discussing that means that they are fully aware of what the outside world have in stock for them.it was clear they already understood the content of the book very well.
And their teachers also came up to talk to us on the need of every child to get the book, she talk about the importance and the impact of the book on every child,

First is knowledge because alot of kids out there are not expose or aware of this knowledge and facts about their gender which is always easy for anyone to manipulate them,but when they have knowledge ,they have power, they also have a strong weapon,because its always different handling issues when you're aware of a thing and when you don't have knowledge about a particular thing ,so she emphasized on the need to get the book for other children in the society to read and learn.
They also have inclusive in the book, captivating activities for the children to learn and get inspired, she also talked about the need for parent to ensure that after getting the book , they read it properly for effective understanding.
After that came prayers, then the unveiling of the book by one of our deacon in the ministry.Deacon Ukim , several declarations were made before the books were distributed accordingly .

That took almost half of the service and then the word came.

THE WORD
The Topic was : The mystery of the way in redeeming the future.
It was all about the children, talking about the generation next.
Texts were taken from proverbs 22 vs 6 , proverbs 16 vs 24, John 14 vs 6, Psalms 103 vs 7 and Proverbs 16 vs 2.
He talked about the parent being the way for the children , the pastor broke it down by explaining the word way which in simply terms means direction.
W stands for works which are activities done to get results.
A- stands for attitude
Y- stands for yearning
He also said that works has to do with mental and physical activities.
Who ever we are , the children are watching to become like us . therefore its important for us to watch what we display out there making sure they are good works and good attitude all the time being conscious of the fact that someone is watching and learning.
He also talked about investing in your ways and amending your ways because the children don't become what they say , most times they become who you are. The word came like an eye opener,a correction , direction and a guideline for us to see and know who we truly are as parents and guidance to make proper adjustment.
A question was asked as a parent ask yourself
What kind of channel am i?
Because who we are or become is the legacy we leave behind.
Our attitude also counts, our tendencies and motives count too, our disposition also counts too, so grow the right attitude require for your calling ,our attitude also thrive on self awareness. Children are experimental meaning they love seeing ,so therefore teach your children good values, teach them to valve themselves and also value others.
Give them reasons to see consequences, so they can learn from there.
Lastly yearning which means intense longing for Something ,its advisable to always give the children what they need not what they want because often times what they want is not necessarily what they need.so study your children carefully and access your self as parents how much or good you have impacted and making a way for the children or are you helping to destroy their future or do you want the children to be a replay of your secret lifestyle .
He demolished us to stand in the gap for your children because you're the way they see first and also God gave you that responsibility because he trust you, so check yourself and make amends in your works , attitude and yearning .that was the word for today so educative and instructive after that came other activities then we closed the service.

AFTERNOON SESSION

The sun was hot we headed home because we had a visitation.we wanted to visit a family friend so we left church immediately after service , i had to reach home first for the kids to chang up and had their lunch before leaving for the visit, it was a long distance journey , the first vehicle we entered develop a fault midway ,we had to drop and take another vehicle, as soon as we dropped we saw another one and entered , so we started our journey again until we reach our destination , we were late because when we got there ,we met with two other families, they were waiting for us to arrive so they can start , it was a brief family meeting , the other families came with their spouse and kids. It was just a small get together, so we started by praying ,giving God thanks for a great day and they quickly went into several discussions and catch up and next came entertainments , we had so much to eat and drink before we departed.

I was already late for my third meeting so i headed to the place immediately , it was our ladies hand out i have to change up there before moving out ,i have this group i set up called the Empress ladies our aim and objectives is to groom women to take a better place in their homes and society at large , we talk about all ladies stuff, we come together to pray , talk about our various challenges and creating better ways to solving issues.we already agreed on meeting today so i cant stop it . so different people were given several responsibilities of cooking different meals and bringing it to the venue so when i arrived , we started the meeting with prayers , worship and then we dive into the meeting proper.

EVENING SESSIONS

It was already evening , every thing was moving smoothly , we talked about our personal challenges one after the other because every one was given the opportunity to speak,so alot of people aired their minds and also alot celebrated their success , we had a great time out

there in an open field it was like a picnic you know it was fun , i got to meet with alot of ladies from different environment discussing with them the need for us to be diligent as women irrespective of your status ,be diligent in your work and in everything you do , i gave examples in the bible which is the book of Ruth ,it shows a clear example of a diligent women and what is expected of you,

Ruth is a clear example and also Esther , we also talked about modesty , attitude and Humility and also completeness , these are all factors that make up a complete woman, we discussed at length ,we had a great time after then came some instructions and entertainments, we were so full, so much to eat and drink and lots of games to play, we had other entertainment activities before we close and everyone departed .

i was already tired, returning home i had to put things in place so i can rest for the day and wake up early the next day ,so they kids had their bath and dinner then they went into their rooms to rest ,when i finished up what i was doing i had to join them.
