Warm greetings dear lovely friends. I'm happy to be here with you all this day. It's been a while since I got into the kitchen to prepare something sweet like a sweet leave tree.

It's a good challenge, who is gonna be the boss?😮. C'mon friends, let's squeeze out time and cook to win 🏆

Pepper Soup With Yam🥘

Pepper soup is a meal with various meat and ingredients. Yam is a tuber plant.
Cooking the two involves three stages, the yam, the Pepper Soup and the both of them

Ingredients

• Fresh Pepper
• Seasoning cubes
• Salt
• Scent leaf
• Ginger (grounded)
• Onions

The sages are as follows:

Stage 1: The yam

Prepare the yam for cooking by peeling the back off, cut it in big chunks and wash it in clean water. After that, pour water into the cooking pot and put the washed yam inside. The water should be enough to cover the yam, and turn on the cooking gas.
When the yam boils, add salt to it for taste. (this is optional though)
After boiling for like 20mins – it might take longer, Taste to determine if it is done and then filter the water when it's done and ready to eat.

Slice the yam into smaller size and get ready for the next stage. 😄😄

Stage 2: The Pepper Soup

Bacteria and fungi are usually attracted by meat and other foods like eggs yeast, etc, so in keeping them away, we wash them clean thoroughly.
I washed the meat two times before putting it into the cooking pot to ensure that the blood in it is out. And the red meat is clean

After washing of the meat, I put it into the pot with small water. I added all the ingredients also that it the seasoning cube, Fresh Pepper, onions, ginger powder and scent leaf and stired very well to mix. After cooking for some minutes, i tasted it to know if it is done.

I now added salt to the food. This is the art of cooking. It's now time for the final stage.

Stage 3: Pepper Soup With Yam 🥘

On the third(3rd) and final stage, it is simply adding the pepper soup into the yam.
