Diary Game|| 24-10-2024|| How I Spend my Day Today

Dear diary,

Thank God for another Thursday, it was a day full of joy and happiness. I must say some days are special days as every day had what it brings to is in life. What I mean by saying so is that there are days that brings pain, some tears, some regret, some grief and sorrow while some days brings happiness, joy, celebrations and many more. These are events that we do encounter as long as we are in this world, sometimes we fail and sometimes we succeed.

I woke up very early to get prepared for office as usual, I started the day by thanking God during my morning devotion for all the good things He has been doing in my life which money can not buy, and for what He has made me to be which my efforts cannot. After my devotion I showered and dressed up and left for work, as usual any day am not using my bike I must trek to the park before I can get a vehicle to boarder because that early morning one can scarcely see any commercial vehicle to boarder. Reaching the park I boarded a tricycle to the junction that leads to the office and from there after I alighted from the tricycle at the junction I trekked down to the office.

As at when I arrived the church it was already time for Covenant Hour of Prayer (CHOP) so I joined them. After CHOP we had a briefing with the Pastors that is the Church Ministerial Council (CMC). After this meeting my attention was drawn to one of our member whom is very strong health wise, he is currently the Technical Unit Head. I rescheduled all my appointments to first pay him a visit alongside with the pastoral team to see how he is fairing and to also pray for him. Upon returning the staff devotion has commence already so I joined them.

After the devotion I entered my office and continued with my usual office routines. Afterward I closed and returned back home on time because I was already expecting some visitors.

When I closed from work

On my way back home I branch at the Road Construction Site to get a brief update of the progress of the ongoing construction as you can see in the pictures below.

It wasn't quite long after I returned home they arrived, these visitors plaid a significant role in making my day. We had a good time with them which for a long time now we couldn't because of distance and also my nature of work. My wife cooked for us as we both ate and drank. After they left I spent the remaining day under the company of my beautiful wife and beautiful baby boy whom I considered as the best of all the gifts of God to me.
