Diary Game|| 29-10-2024|| How I Spend my Day Today

Dear diary,

I woke up today with so much sweetness in me, this is because I took an off day from work in other to take my wife and kid to Primary Health Care Center for my kid's 9 months vacination. Waking up today was attached with some kind of laziness in the name of saying I need much rest. My boy woke us up since around 4:00 and did not allow me to sleep again with his noise and shout.

He was busy playing and despite the fact that I was still struggling with sleep I couldn't sleep because he won't allow me. My wife put their bathing water on Charcoal stove since for some weeks now we had no electric power supply due to total power outage. After the water was ready they took their bath and prepared while I was still sleeping on bed.

My wife tried to woke me up but I pleaded for some more time. I ended up waking up very late, we were expected to be at the Clinic as early as 8:00am but ended going there by 12:00pm.

The laziness was too much but ended to our favor because those that went very early ended up regretting because the vaccines were not available until around 1:00pm which left many that came early frustrated and exhausted, some even when back home to returned later.

Reaching there we had to wait for almost an hour before the arrival of the nurses with the vaccines. Our coming today was to complete the vaccines we started last week Tuesday but could not complete due to it unavailability, which they promised that it would be available today. We were fortunate to have completed it today. Afterward, we returned home and that was how I spent my day today, cos the rest of the day was just myself and my own wife and kid.
