Weekly Contest 14 || The Diary Game || Combined Worship Service and Symphony

Hello, Steemians from all over the world. Greetings to you all. I trust you all feel blessed and super fantastic. Today is Sunday, so I wish you all a happy Sunday. I believe we all had a great time in God's presence.

MORNING
I woke up early this morning to prepare for Sunday service. Today, was our Combined worship service in our head quarters church.
So we were meant to meet up very early for transportation at 6: 30. Another reason is because as choristers we needed to gather early for our rehearsal.

So I took a shower and quickly dressed up. I was thinking that I will be left behind, and so I hurried up and soon I was there . I got there to see that the bus wasn't even there yet.
So I joined others to wait. The bus later came and we all entered. We were Conveyed to the venue.
And was able to join in the rehearsal.

During the service

When it was 8: 00 am, the service started. We had opening prayers, sang hymns and had search the scripture session.
The search the scripture today anchored on prayers and at the end many people asked questions that were answered.

We sang our second hymn and rendered our choir song with the title how He Loves me

Before the message, we listened to great testimonies of what God did and the one that really touched me was, the one that the whole family of four who were infected with HIV/AIDS got healed miraculously.

The man had Hiv not knowing, and got married to a lady with test or and that was how he infected the wife and the two children the woman gave birth to.
It was when sickness started coming in, and the symptoms started showing that they carried out a test and discovered they were all HIV positive.
It was a big blow to the woman and the man. The lady cried bitterly but a neighbor who was concerned met her and asked what happened.
The neighbor directed her to our pastor and the whole family visited my pastor.

When they went there, the woman started crying, and the man confessed of how he infected the whole family with HIV.

My pastor led them to surrender their lives to Christ which they did and repented of all their sins. He prayed for them and told them to go for check up again after one month. Behold, after one month, the whole family went back to see the doctor who had carried out the previous test.
The doctor reminded them once again that their sickness was incurable.

But then, they urged the doctor to carry out another test on them again.
When the results came out, to the shock of the doctor, the whole family was negative.
He didn't believe it, so he took four blood samples each form the family of four and sent them to four different laboratories.

All the results from the different laboratories still came out negative. That was when the doctor believed that indeed a miracle has happened.
Our God is a miracle working God.
There is nothing God cannot do.
Praise the Lord!!!
Thereafter our pastor came up and preached.

AFTERNOON

After the message, I didn't go home immediately. We were to have a symphony day for strings (that's musical instruments like violin, viola, cello, double bass).

During the symphony

The symphony was online program. Therefore others went home after the service.
The symphony service was about learning how to play our different string instruments. Mine was violin, so I joined the violin class to learn.

The first session was for beginners and the second one for intermediate and advanced players.

I left the house without eating and fortunately, we were given food to eat.
We were given Okpa ( native moo moi made with okpa seed. It was served with mineral and water.

What was shared

It was really delicious. After eating we continued the symphony.

EVENING
When we finally finished the symphony, it was evening already. I was now so tired.
We left the church and joined our bus to go home.

I got home past 6 pm. Wow! What a long day.
I was very hungry and wandered what to eat. I decided to take Garri soaked in water and milk.
After a while, I went out to buy busicuits to make busicuit pudding.

After taking it, I decided to write about my day.

I was literally writing and dozing since I was very tired.
I managed to finally finish up the writing.
