Weekly Contest 25 || The Diary Game || Happy Sunday/Funny Experience With a Driver

Hello, Steemians from all over the world. Greetings to you all. I trust you all feel blessed and super fantastic. Today is Sunday, so I wish you all a happy Sunday. I'll be sharing with you all how I spent my day. So please read on.

MORNING
I woke up this morning quite tired and wanting to sleep more. I actually slept late last night because I was reading into the night. I checked the night and it was 6 am. I lied back down, I wanted to Wake by 6:30. So I slept for 30 minutes more before finally waking up. I stood up and started my prayers and also read a few verses of the bible before heading out finally to start my day. I needed to prepare for service. I had just a few things to do. So I started with placing my pot of soup on the fire to warm it. I then brushed my teeth and prepared to take my bath. When the food was very hot, I brought it down and went to take my bath.
After bathing, I went on to dress up and prepare for church. When I was done dressing, I went on my way to church.

On my way, I was able to see my fellow church members. We boarded the same vehicle to church.
While on transit, we were getting close to where we were gonna alight, I reminded the driver and he told me to pay my money of which I gave him 200 naira. So when we got down, he gave me my change of 100 and my other church members also paid theirs. Having collected their change, we walked to church together. We walked a distance only for us to turn back and see the driver driving after us while beckoning on me. I was surprised. He pointed at me and said I didn't give him money. Ahh! I was shocked and told him I gave him his money. I'm glad my other church members attested to that fact that I paid him before he left. I was happy I had witnesses with me too. If not I for explain tire, no evidence.

We continued to church and soon we were there. I stepped inside and sat down.
The service has already started.
The service continued from one program to the other and soon we were dismissed in the afternoon.

AFTERNOON
After dismissal, our pastor told us to wait for a brief meeting which we did. After the meeting, I didn't rush to go home because I needed to do some instrument practice with some members.
I went on to take some beautiful pictures.

After that, we continued with our instrument
practice.

During the practice
We were to do a bit of recording after the practice but along the line we weren't able to do the recording, so we left. Another day was fixed for the recording.
I got to the house, and didn't waste time eating since I was quite hungry.
I ate my Afang soup and Eba.

The food
After eating, I made some posts on Facebook and WhatsApp before I went on to read my books. I have exams on Tuesday.

EVENING
My roommate, who travelled, informed me that she was returning today. I continued reading till she arrived around 7 pm.
I was surprised at the way she added weight for just a week holiday she went for.
We both gisted for a while.
I called my mom at some point to know how she was fairing. I was relieved she was fine.
Then I prepared tea to take for dinner.

I took it with bread. When I was done I took up my phone to write about my day.

That was how I spent my day. Thank you for reading.
