It amazes me often times when I see my mother and father going out to hang out, jugging together in the morning on weekends and praying together. Sometimes I seat and wonder how much these two people mean alot to each other, I become more confused when I see these people quarrelling sometimes as though they won't ever talk to each other again but with time, I realised that nomatter their fight or quarrel, what brings them back to that loving state is their planned timetabled activities as a family.

What keeps a family growing is the ability of the parents to show good example to the children and such examples are cooking together, watching news on the television together, having time for spiritual excerces like prayers together and then possibly stralling out of the compound together.

I really love my family's routines, growing up, I watch my father always going out for jugging especially on weekends because of the nature of his job, mom follows him mostimes when I was still very small but when I was about 7 years old, I usually follow them and so also my younger ones and the entire family became so use to the routine.

Look, in my family, it is mandatory to eat together as a family as far as you are present in the house when the food is ready and there is not a "no" to that, we eat on thesame table at the same time and at thesame mood. No one is too big for any task. You must bend down to every work in the house and not just work any activity at all that is to the success of the family.

Oh Gush! I was brought up in a prayerful home, a home where everyone must have a new memory verse to present before prayers, we gather together as a family to say Lord thank you for another beautiful day and a gift of life. Any home that does not start their morning with prayers is bound and open to risk of life. Prayerless homes are homes that are very opened to danger.

I must confess that my parents are indeed my mirrors and I have learned the little I could learn from them, these guys do things together, they communicate and genuinely take decisions together, they help each other with house chores as aged as my father is, and I am glad to say I have watched my parents bonding their family with activities that keeps a home moving on a right track.
