Hello fellow steemians, Good day. Hope we are all doing great. Nice to be here again! I will be writing on my childhood story I love most. I was in primary 4 then when our teacher told us a story about a greedy Dog which I will share with you here and i hope you will enjoy it. Thanks @goodybest for bringing up this interesting contest that allows us to remember our favorite childhood story.

Once upon a time there was a dog called Bingo, who lived in a beautiful house. Bingo was good looking and chubby, his master always makes sure bingo feed well. One day bingo master was preparing to go on a short trip, he told bingo he will be back soon, that he has kept enough food for him to eat before he comes back, so he set out for the journey. Bingo was unhappy and felt lonely in the house. Later, bingo was hungry and he ate all the food his master kept for him, so he was left with nothing. Bingo awaited his master to be back but unfortunately for him, his master didn’t come back, so he was disappointed. The next day, bingo was on a look out to see his master come back, again he was disappointed. Bingo was extremely hungry, so he went out in search for food. As he was wandering on the streets, he saw a fat bone, immediately he grabbed the bone with his mouth and took it home. On his way going back home he sighted another fat bone bigger than the one he held in his mouth from a distance, he wish to have that one too. So, he dropped the bone and went for that fatter bone. On reaching there, he saw that it was a wood; angrily he quickly went back where he dropped the first bone, unfortunately for him he found nothing there. Bingo became heartbroken and got weak. He had no strength again for him to go about in search for another bone. Bingo went back home hungry and sad.

Story learned
This story teaches me a lot while I was growing up, it taught me to be contented in what I have and not to eat with my two hands to save for the raining day.
