In normal life I guess we find it really hard to do work up and exercises because we are busy in different tasks but in my view such challenge and instructions are source of inspirational for me and I have high hope to balance my health soon.
Leg exercise is significant important for body fitness and after warm up when I do I found it tough I was sweat and exhausted too.
Under the directions of respected teachers I have to practice three exercises let's start it the major issue is the recording of video but I have tried to do it let's see I hope you will give your feedback.
I am.going to practice squat first, for this practice I have to perform like sitting in air its just like up and down practice and all pressure was on the legs. I try to lift my heels too so that it work effectively.
Now I practice the lunges it was bit hard for me as keeping body balance while moving backwards and forward. Furthermore it was able to do after little work up.
From my experience,I consider the lunges to be the most difficult of these three programs, as I tend to get tired much faster, but they do work the legs very well. I keep my body in lunges position for 15 to 20 second so that my leg can bear it and become stronger.
Hence, the finally comes glutes it was good as it was working on the belly uplift and I keep my legs in triangle position keeping arm straight. I lift up my belly in air and do practice 10 to 15 times.
I avoid to do it much faster as its making the cramps and I felt exhausted but slowly I overcome it and enjoyed it slowly and I know I will manage it.
Moreover I am doing cardio and abdominal exercises which I have practice from last two weeks.

Hahah absolutely right because we are not used and definitely when muscle will do more work cramps may be there hydrated level 8s getting disturbing. Good luck
