Yeah it's true that everyone and their home have their funny, exciting and annoying moments. This features are mainly related to humans.
These are natural moments that aren't inevitable, and no one is excluded from them, not even myself. I can recall the excitement moment my family and I once experienced. It happened some years back, and it's a memory that still makes me smile.
In our extended family, our uncle had been married for 15 years without his wife conceiving. Finally, after a long wait, she gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. It was an exciting moment for all of us. The entire family was overjoyed, and the celebration went on for weeks. We came together with our neighbors, relatives, and in-laws to thank God for the fruit of the womb. At last, we had something to be grateful and thankful for.
I'll never forget the time I accidentally super glued my shoes to the floor during a job interview. It was pretty embarrassing. I had just finished secondary school and was really hoping to get myself temporary job which will help me afford my expenses in the higher institution. I spent hours researching the company, I even picked out a nice outfit to make a good impression.
As I walked into the conference room, I had this sense of confident. But then I tripped on the carpet and spilled water all over the place. The lady interviewing me looked at me kinda funny.
I said, Sorry about that, and tried to play it cool. "I'm just a little clumsy," I added. But things only got worse. I knocked over my chair and grabbed some super glue to fix it. That's when I accidentally glued my shoes to the floor! The interviewer looked at me like I was crazy. "Are you okay?" she asked, trying not to laugh. I tried to laugh it off too, but it's hard to do that when you're stuck to the floor. "Yeah, I'm fine," I said.
I'll never forget the day I got stuck in an elevator with someone I really didn't like back then in secondary school. It was really annoying.I had just gotten admission and was on my way back from the cyber cafe to celebrate with my friends. As I stepped into the elevator, I saw her standing there, staring at her phone. My heart sank.We didn't get along back then in school, She was popular, and I was just a nerdy kid trying to survive. She made my life tough back then.
But there we were, stuck in a tiny elevator, going up. The elevator stopped , and we were trapped. The lights went off, and it got really hot in there. She started talking to me, bringing up old memories and stuff. I tried to ignore her, but she just kept going. I was getting really annoyed.
Finally, after what felt like forever, the elevator started moving again. As soon as the doors opened, I got out of there as fast as I could.I was relieved to be out of that elevator, but I couldn't stop thinking about how annoying that was.
