Hello children!! Greetings to you all, I hope mum and dad are doing their best to care for you and you are happy. Dear friends and the great people of this amazing platform, I invite you to join me on today's publication, Monday, the health conversation day. Today I want to analyse occasions, where our children should observe in their daily lives, to keep and maintain simple hygiene. And as a reminder to the adults. Welcome to the discussion for the the day: "How to maintain simple hygiene for health care".

Hygiene is a way of keeping our bodies and the surrounding clean to be healthy. We were told, and know that we can contact sickness in the dirty environment and smelly bodies. In order for us to keep safe from contagious diseases, we need to be clean and neat both inside and outside, ourselves and the surrounding. We must recognise those occasions in the daily activities that needed for us to observe hygienes to keep safe from infections.
Each day, we must take Bath at least two times morning and evening, sometimes, it can be three times.

Taking bath is one of the most important way of keeping hygiene, we take Bath, when we work or not, it is necessary because we are exposed to the environment of dirt and dust and too, when we eat our delicious meals, the body pass away some unwanted liquid waste inform of sweat, so we bath, to clean up and keep healthy and freshness.

When after using the toilet, if it is not coincidentally, that we bath as well same time, thoroughly wash your hands with foaming soap and clean water. Our palms are exposed to germs while using the toilet, so if don't wash our hands very well, we infect ourselves, we end up being a sick person but with observations of hand washing, we can never be an infected and sick people. Same hand washing is important and observable, before we use our hands to eat anything be it food or anything eatable.

We must keep our environment clean, our soundings, where we sleep, the four corners of the room, the bed, bedsheets every content of the room in use, should be kept clean at all times. The outdoors, we must move away every pocket of water anywhere around the house because mosquitoes, breeds in waters, so if we don't remove them and clean the sorounding of bushes, we will suffer mosquitoes bit that gives us malaria. We must cut our finger nails and toes, so that microorganisms will not inhabit there and harm our health.

Those and more are occasions where we must observe our simple hygiene. Additionally, simple hygiene extended to what we cook, how we cook or prepare it, and too the cleanliness of the food we eat. They are all encompassing and with this and more, we keep simple hygiene, safeguard our health condition and leave healthy and happy.
