INTRODUCING KIDS FOODS RECIPE, CARROT 🥕 POTATOE PUREE BY @eliany

Greetings to you my amazing steemians and kids lovers I'm glad to welcome you to My blog again. You all know I like healthy kids and I believe every parents love their kids to be healthy too.

To raise up a healthy kid you need to pay attention to their food. Do not concentrate on giving your kid one source of food there are varieties of natural foods around us which you can make use of and they are so nutritious to the body.
Boost your children immune system with nutritious meal, last week I posted about cereals, link today I'm going to introduce you to vegetables recipe.

Ingredients

  • potato
  • carrots
  • egg

All these ingredients can be easily found isn't it?

let's talk on this health benefits.

EGG

  • It is supportive to the heart, eyes and brain development, it is an excellent source of iron protein, fats vitamin A, D, E and B12.

  • Egg boost brain development it maintains your kids weight.

  • Egg is a core diet that will help your child grow up healthy strong and smart.

Now the question is, have you been giving your kids egg?

Answer for yourself.

CARROT🥕

Carrots are naturally sweet they are great source of vitamin A

  • Carrot is an excellent source of fibre which helps in constipation.

  • Carrots are rich in calcium which is important for bones in a child.

Potatoes 🥔

Potatoes vegetables that so many kids loves a lot.

  • It is sweet, rich in potassium, vitamins, iron and zinc.

  • It is an energy powerhouse for your growing kids.

So you can see that this ingredients and nutritious to your kids and they need them in their daily life.

method of preparation

  • Cook your egg

  • Peel and wash your potatoes

  • wash your carrots.

  • Dice this two things into small cubes

  • Boiled the dice veggies in a pot on fire until the potatoes are soft.

  • Pour the vegetables and egg in a blender, add water to it and blend until smooth. Please note, the water should be warm water to make the child food a little hot or warm.

  • Pour the paste into a plate and your kids milk to it and mix it thoroughly well.

Wow it is ready to be consumed please note the milk is optional the colour is so beautiful looks yummy right?

Conclusion;

Your children food contribute to their health, lack of nutritious food weakens their immune system which results to chronic illness and it's leads to severe anemia (low blood level).
Please parents take good care of your kid, when they are in good health, we are happy.
