Weekly contest 07 || the diary game for 21/06/2024 | my shopping experience and visit to the market

Hello everyone, how you doing? I hope everyone is doing great and all is well, I welcome you all to my blog and my diary game for this contest. Today I will be sharing the many things I did for the day. Happy reading!


Dear diary, today is Friday and it has a way of getting me in a happy mood, it's the weekend which means i get to rest from all the work and stress of work. My morning activities were the normal routine we all do, I woke up, had my bath and ate my breakfast which is jollof rice and i hurriedly rushed out as I was going late to where I was going. These days keke drivers are hard to find and I am still yet to figure out why, on my way to the place i usually work which i was running late to, i was in the keke and i had the opportunity to have a little chat with the driver and asked him why keke were becoming scarce in my area and he told me it was because of the price of fuel in the area. He vividly explain to me the situation of keke drivers and the difficult times they faced with the price of fuel and how the touts in my area harasses them in every junction forcing them to give them money for the passenger they carry. This and more are the situation of the keke drivers in my area and I just hope it doesn't get out of hand.

I finally got to my destination and I was glad nothing bad happened on my way. I stayed in my work place with my oga till 12 pm and I headed home early. The reason why i decided to go home early today was because I had a planned shopping for the day. I have already planned that I will go to the market to buy some clothes for my birthday celebration on Sunday. Shopping is an activity that most people engage in on a regular basis, whether its for groceries, clothing, electronics or other items, shopping is a necessary part of life. Personally I have had numerous shopping experience and what they all have in common is that they are enjoyable, interesting, frustrating and exhausting and today I will be sharing with you guys my shopping experience.

The market in my area are just some few steps away from my house and I was really good at moving fast, on my way to the market I stopped by where they sold cucumber and i bought it as i was getting famished by the movement.

I was in search of a perfect outfit and I was determined to get something that will make me feel confident and stylish. I spent hours browsing through different stores in the market, trying on various dresses, and clothes to see if it's the right one I was looking for. After what seemed to be eternity, I finally found the perfect shirt that I feel great in. The sense of satisfaction and accomplishment I felt after finding the right clothe was truly fulfilling, and it made the entire shopping experience worth it.

Overall, my shopping experience has been a mixture of both high and lows, from the thrill to finding the perfect outfit to the frustration of dealing with crowded stores, what I have come to learn in my experience is that shopping is a fundamental part of life and we should appreciate the unique challenges and reward that comes with it.

As I finally got the cloth I came to buy in the market, I retired home to get some rest because I was really stressed out and tired from the market trip I went to. I made some garri and warm the soup in my refrigerator and ate it as my dinner. After many hours of eating and resting, before I finally slept I did some blogging in steemit till I slept off.
