There is a clear difference between a person with good mental health and the one with the poor one. This is a need for this piece of asset. It is very important to maintain good mental health. I will say the basic reason is that it prevent one from going insane. The importance of it includes the following:
- It Promote A Sound And Healthy Body: Mental health is one of the key factor that keep the body in proper shape. A good mental health is recommended for a proper functioning of the body. Any deviation can lead to something else.
- It Prevent The Individual From Going Insane: Good insane is one of the worst thing that could ever occur to a promising individual. The key factor to that is lack of mental health. This is the reason our good mental health should be uphold.

I'll say that poor mental health will pose these risks on an individual:
- Poor Coordination of the body: This risk that poor mental health poses is so alarming. The human body is controlled by the nervous system. These nervous system has something to do with the Mental aspect. When poor mental health is observed, the body will no longer have a steady coordination.
Have Your Mental Health Being Affected |

I don't think that I have been affected by bad mental health. The reason is that I do everything in moderation. Regardless of the work I do have either school, home or other works, I still find time to have self-care. I think this is a way that I'll recommend for good mental health.
Activities That Promote Good Mental Health |

In our mental health chase, these are the activities I recommend for a good mental health:
- Quality Rest: In the chase of a good mental health, quality rest is one of the activity I recommend. These days, people don't have time to sleep or rest their body due to hustle or other factors. I strongly recommend one to have a night's sleep of at least 8 hours.
- Quality Diet: Another activity that can boost good mental health is Quality diet. Even if the country's economy is not encouraging, still go for quality diet.
- Family Time: Family time is recommended for good mental health. After a day work, experience a time of chatting and enjoyment with your family.
- Friend Hangout Chatting and catching cruise with friend do reduce the risk of bad mental health and boost good mental health.
- Personal Timeout: It really help to strengthen good mental health.
