Steem Kids & Parents Community has given a nice topic for this week challenge and which is . It's a very nice topic and I am here with my article. I hope everyone will enjoy reading my article . So friends without delay let's start.

What do you understand by recreation, include it's forms?

Recreation simply means doing activities to keep oneself happy, either alone or with loved ones. An important part of our survival is entertainment which we always look forward to when we can indulge ourselves in the tide of joy and delight my loved ones with me.

We spend a lot of time in our working life or student life in boredom and then we choose entertainment to re-energize ourselves. Entertainment energizes us and calms us and helps us move forward with new enthusiasm. Various forms of entertainment are observed in our life which include: traveling, playing sports, visiting museums or zoos, watching dramas or movies on mobile or TV, drawing pictures or making crafts, having picnics with family or friends, playing sports with children. etc.

What type of recreational activities have you enjoyed (state 3 of them).

There are many types of entertainment that I often do and enjoy. But it doesn't have any fixed time and I like to entertain suddenly. I think I enjoy this kind of entertainment more. My top 3 recreational pastimes are traveling with friends, playing sports, and spending time and play with little children.

• Traveling is my favorite recreational activity and I love to travel with my friends. Traveling to new places clears my mind and I get to spend quality time with friends that make me happy.

• Playing sports is another of my recreational activities and I like it a lot too.I often play cricket, football, badminton when I am free. Such sports keep me physically healthy as well as give me pleasure.

• Spending time with children is a beautiful moment for me and it always refreshes my mind. Their strange activities and talk delight me. It makes me happy to play fun games with them and teach them new good things.

Why are recreational activities important for kids and parents?

Of course children and parents need recreational. Recreation creates a good environment for children and parents to grow up beautifully and healthily, where the relationship between children and parents deepens, learns about new things, adapts to the environment and helps to grow through physical and mental growth.Entertainment plays a vital role in keeping children stress-free and sharpening their brains.

When children learn about something new through entertainment, it exposes their intelligence and they can use their intellectual power more.Parents also need entertainment at times which helps them to get rid of all kinds of frustrations and stress of work. We always see our parents always immersed in work just to keep our family well. But parents also need entertainment to take the stress out of their lives.Because it makes them mentally stronger and makes them more focused on their work.Therefore, good relationship between parent and child and entertainment is necessary for the physical and mental growth of the child.

Where do you enjoy your recreational activities most?

To be honest I enjoy most of my recreation through travelling. I love traveling and I love visiting new places. I traveled a lot when I was a student and I still travel but less since I entered working life. But whenever I get a holiday or a break from my work I plan to travel and I travel with my friends. And traveling with friends gives me more joy and keeps me stress free.Me and my friends plan to travel to different places and so far I have visited several places including our Sundarbans, Kingdom of Flowers Gowadkhali, Sheikh Russell Eco Park, Pakshi. Every trip was unique to me and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Who do you enjoy having recreational activities with?

For travel entertainment I like to go with my friends. Spending time with friends and traveling increases our happiness even more. We can all laugh, have fun and are always in a good mood. Besides, I like to do recreational with my family because I spend most of my time with them and I like our family and love to take care of them. And entertain them by having picnics and help in cooking for cook new food.Spending time with family is a big part of my recreational activities which I always love to do.
