Week#13 Let's do it... Do it yourself.. Drawing. 4/9/2024

Greetings dear friends of this wonderful community. I am grateful to God for the gift of life, and I'm delighted to be a part of this contest which allows people to showcase their God given talent. Hope your day is going well. It's still your gal @enyddy.

Among the many talents God has given me is what I want to share with us (Drawing). Yes you heard me!
Right from when I was in secondary school I love drawing, anything at all that came to mind. And it got to the time that my beautiful drawings were bought by fellow students who admired my drawings. That's how your gal will be doing rich gal in school buying things at the canteen every blessed day 🤣.

So when I saw this contest I decided to draw, trying my best to see if I still remember how to do so. And I choose to draw these two people beading (a picture from a vocational textbook), my daughter's book to be precise.

• A white plain sheet of paper
• A pencil
• A Ruler
• An Eraser
• Poster colour
• A colouring brush
• A Razor blade
• The textbook I was drawing from.
• Marker

step1:

After setting up the items I might need for my drawing, I picked up my plain sheet and my pencil, along with my ruler I made a line at the edge of the plain paper and having a correct sitting posture I started drawing..

step 2:

Next, in a drawing like this, one can choose to start with any of the images he or she is comfortable with, but for me, I started with each of them bit by bit.

step 3:

The process continues, as I take the drawing down, though I had to stop at some point to erase some mistakes and proceed with the drawing.

step 4:

Few minutes into it, I completed the drawing. Though it was kind of tidious, but I made it through.

step 5: Time for colouring

I tried my best to colour with the same colour from the original copy, but it didn't go round, as some of the colours had finished. Leaving me with no option than improvise since it been a while I coloured.

step 6:

I was done colouring and then pick up my black and red marker to do the finishing touches 😁

step 7: Completion

And this has been the end product of my drawing. Hope I tried..
