GIFTING

Gift giving is as old as man because mankind is a special gift from God. His first gift to Adam was the breath of life. Since then God has never stopped giving to His creative works. Being in His image, we resemble Him in giving.

Everyday is a Gift, that is why they call it the Present.

As for the topic, making gifts to our Kids is truly a good one. There are different types of gifts. The best among them all is life. As a parent I give gifts on a daily basis to my children, because am obliged to do so. I make sure they have basic necessities of life so they can keep living. Just like our heavenly Father provided for us.

Today I decided to make a special gift to my 2 young girls children. This is especially true to the fact that today is devoted to Celebrate the Girl Child. Why? Because the society is tending to neglect that. Children are gifts from God so we must give to them good gifts that will touch and gladen their heart in return.

I bought them text books, long note exercise books and writing materials. You can see how happy they are on receiving this.

Their smiles of appreciation and thank you to me is a waaoo. They were very happy because I just surprised them. They didn't know I will buy that today.

Giving gifts to Children makes them to feel at home and important too. When you give them gifts, they will always be obliged to being obedient. So practice giving to your children and you see how you influenced them to listening to your voice.

Who is a girl child? It is that female young child in our society that has not turned 20 years of age. She deserves to be pampered and cared for. So that nobody can take undue advantage of her or abuse her in any form.

Educating her properly both physically, mentally and spiritually is highly imperative. My daughter's education is highly important because it will shape them for the future. I am presenting today this educational materials to encourage them in their education.

Let me cite an example of a young intelligent girl that received a very good gift from her parents. This is her story:-

Esther Okadi at 13 years old got enrolled in the Open Air University distant learning at that young age, she is a Nigerian born, UK based Mathematics whizkid, already at top of her class and scores 100% in Mathematics in her recent exams. This outstanding youngster planned in finishing her course in 2 years and afterwards go for PHd in Financial Mathematics. This amazing young girl is able to attain this height because her parents gave her that good training and support right from infancy. What an amazing gift!

We all need to protect our children and give them the right gift and attention at the right time.

When I read about young children's accomplishments, it makes me happy It is always going back to what parents has given out right from infancy.

I will never stop giving to the kids. Even Jesus Christ our Lord says in the Bible at Acts 20:35:

"...There is more happiness in giving than there is in receiving".
