Very correct but I still doubt if it can be a 100/0 you see most parents are too busy to give 100% of their time to kids, they have to go to work and do other things so even if its guaranteed it will be a 99/100% ... Thanks for stopping by I really appreciate :) will definately check your publications out

    Thanks for your reply, with tech I think there can be perfection, that why I said with proper monitoring and parental program if parents are busy, I am certain the parental program has nowhere to go
