Greetings my lovely people

I count it a privilege to participate in this great contest organized by @steemkids on HOW I CAN SERVE AS STEEMIT ROLE MODEL TO THE KIDS

Role modeling is one of the most powerful tools anyone can use to influence the direction of children’s character, at any age, to pass on the values children should adopt to become better adults.

As a Steemit Role Model

First I have to ask myself, what is Steemit, and what are the activities of Steemit. As a social media platform, it is a community with children, so children play a vital role in this community because they are our future leaders.

But the big question is, as future leaders, how is that possible?

The fact is that all children have the capacity to develop leadership skills. As a Steemit role model I have to find myself anyway around children and teach them what Steemit is all about, let the children know that they are welcome in Steemit. That Steemit afford them freedom to display their talent with a reward for doing so and also learn from seeing what others do.

How Will You Influence the Kids Around You

I must say action speaks louder here, I must create time for kids and be a good listener, by not teaching them all the time but also hear from them. Show them love unconditionally, value their qualities and encourage them for their efforts, mine my actions and words around children.

Are You Confident That You Can Influence Them? What Are Your Strategies?

I must prove to them that Steemit love them, my intentions is to first educate the parents about Steemit, buy little toys and brand Steemit on it, just to attract attention of the kids. Love them not just by hugging but buy them good gifts. I also plan to arrange a cryptocurrency class just to create awareness on Steemit.

I will ask the kids about their dreams and help them in achieving it. Let them choose activities and games based on their interest.

Go out with children and volunteer my time and talents to build Steemit unity, and teamwork skills. Build confidence in them by giving them opportunities to display their talent, commend them by saying, Am Proud Of You

What did your own role model do that you will like to imitate?

I imitate his honesty and ability to overcome difficult situation and come out strong.
