I want to share with us about an outstanding organization here in my country nigeria, YOUNG LIFE NIGERIA ABIA STATE CHAPTER.

Brief history

Young life is an (NGO)Non governmental organisation , that the founder and first leader is a Presbyterian pastor called Jim Rayburn in Colorado springs United States of America.
Young life came to Africa in the year1999 by Chuck Reinhold and his wife Linda and the ministry was planted in Addis Ababa in Ethiopia.
Young life started in Nigeria in October 2015.In the year 2020 young life started in Abia state and the first leader is Mummy Ogechi Lazarus.

THE BASIC OF YOUNG LIFE

• MOTTO:-we are made for this (Mathew 28:16-20)
• VISION STATEMENT:- Every adolescent, everyone ,has the opportunity to meet Jesus and follow him.
• MISSION STATEMENT:-Introducing young people/adolescent to Jesus Christ,and helping them grow in their faith.

Today I heard a very good and beautiful moment as the young life gathered at Assemblies of God church for their prayers.

Today's program began ealry this morning at about 8am with the arrival of the teenagers and their leaders from different locations. It started started with an opening prayer by one of the young life prayer partner, a pastor in Assemblies of God church.

	Intercessary prayers

After the opening prayer,we heard our first session, which is praise and we heard a moment where teenagers were praying for themselves and rededication.After that our big daddy the senior pastor of that church,he prayed for us, infact I don't know the word to express,it was awesome.

Every seasion of the programme was intresting that everyone was active. There was no complain of bored or tiredness. It was impacting one today.

Finally,we ended the program with a crazy photographs showing how happy everyon was. From there look you will know they achieved alot from today's program.

In Young life, from time to time we bring them together like this,to pray with them or have a meeting with them to keep them in check for them to be focus and remember there purpose in life because at this there stage in life if you dont keep them in check they can lose direction in life which the main aim of the orgainsation to help them grow in their faith and teach them right.
