Today, I want to share with you people detailed steps on how to do criss-cross top knot bun with rubber bands for your girl child.

Knowing that children likes older ones who are close to them, to manage their hairs, inspired me to write this article.

I can't braid, is never a barrier to this very hairstyle.
Your daughter, cousin, sister, niece or a close neighbor, will look gorgeous on this hairstyle, and attend any event with this hairstyle.

• Eco style gel
• Edge control
• Comb
• Brushes
• Bun

• Scarf

First thing to do is to wash the hair and let it dry. Then section the hair from ear to ear, use a clip to keep the back hair away, and then work with the front side first.

After that, divide the front section into three equal parts. In each section in the front, divide further into four sections, and use colored rubber bands to put them in a ponytail, then cross the first row against the second row to get the criss cross pattern.

I did the same to second and last section at the front.

Next thing to do is to comb the back side up to join it with the front, and put them in one bun. Use Eco style gel or any gel of your choice, also apply edge control. Use brush to smooth the hair.

After that, use a scarf to tie the hair, this process helps in smoothing the hair and in the drying process.

After about an hour, the hair is dried and set, then remove the scarf and add the artificial bun to the hair to achieve bigger bun.

Then use the natural hair and cover the bun, smooth it and hold it with a rubber band or a hair scrunchy.
You will achieve gorgeous looking hairstyle like this one.
