INTRODUCTION
My regards to everyone in this community both kids and kids lovers. It's another beautiful contest by our dear @eliany. Yes every mother is very earger to raise healthy brilliant, smart and excellent performing kids because whenever any kid performs creditably the ovation will go louder and louder to both the kid and the parents. So reasonable mothers try to inculcate healthy menu into the family because this is the beginning of brilliance in kids that transcends into adulthood bringing people into being a living genus.
WHAT IS SNACKS?
Sacks are not food per say, rather snacks are those additional edibles taken in between real meals. As kids these edibles can be added to their main meals either at home, in their lunch boxes for school or can be given anyway just to add to their main meals during the day. It keeps kids healthy, happy and sound any time any day. The most important about snacks intake is whether in liquid form or solid form, let there be a complete nutritional values, minerals, iron and that the body of a growing kid need for a complete balancing.
In this contest, i would like to list out the favourite snacks I give to my kids.
They are:
*Banana
*Groundnut
*Oranges.
*Avocado 🍐 🍐 🍐 🍐🍐 pear.
To me these are some among the healthiest snacks I love giving my kids because of the health benefits they contain.
BANANA
Banana is a typical tropical fruit that contains lots of healthy benefits to growing kids. Kids need to enjoy Banana regularly. Banana make my kids happy because it has sugary and sweet test. So they always demand I buy it for them,and I do buy because I the health benefits they derive from eating banana.
HEALTH BENEFITS OF BANANA
Banana we all know contains fiber which prevents heart diseases in a growing kid. A healthy heart is a healthy body.
Banana has an inbuilt potassium.
Banana boosts brain development in kids,
building up the kids memory receptor, making them smart and intelligent accedemically and otherwise.
Banana either blended with other fruits or eaten alone, does it's job accurately.
Banana also helps indigestion in the lives of my kids.
GROUNDNUT
Groundnuts to me are beautiful snacks I give regularly to my kids. Groundnut whether fried or cooked serves the same purpose of snacking to my kids who are always enjoying it.
HEALTH BENEFITS OF GROUNDNUT
Groundnut is a root fruit that has been blended with lots of natural benefits in form of;
Omega 3 which fuel acceptable amount of oil to lubricate the hearts of my kids thereby keeping them sound and healthy.
Groundnut has been embedded by nature with vitamin E which prevents the arteries of my kids of my kids from blocking out the inflow of blood
Groundnut like banana I earlier mentioned is s memory booster in a growing kid even to adolescent stage.
Groundnut has both vitamins and minerals to help my kids grow up well and with a balanced posture of the body.
ORANGES
Oranges are known for their vitamin c, fiber contain and nourishing values to heal winds, keeping the body both beautiful and balanced.
Building up the immune system of my growing kid.
AVOCADO
Avocado is a beautiful fruit God naturally equipped to give so many healthy benefits to my kids which I most of the time enjoy eating with my kids.
HEALTH BENEFITS OF AVOCADO
Avocado is very rich in vitamin c which prevents sickness from attacking my kids. When a growing kid is loaded with healthy fruits and vitamins they will become genius, that is how it is with my own kids.
Avocado also has vitamin E which maintains the skin colour of my growing kids. Their texture of their skin and looks are attractive.
Avocado, to mention but a few natural benefits are vitamins K for bone growth and for body structure balancing.
Avocado has potassium.
Avocado has beta carotene and omega 3 for the lubrication and protection of the pivot center of my kids lives which is their hearts.
