Meet my model

You all meet my beautiful model (my lovely sis)
It was her birthday and she needed something light and beautiful let’s say “classy” on her face.
As a makeup artist I took it personal. Lol

Steps Involves

Applying of foundation

Using a lite dark foundation on her to avoid my work/her looking so fair or too dark after the makeup. I used my foundation brush to apply the foundation all over her face. She was already looking cute on the foundation, wonders her she will look then when the work is complete 🥰

Next step is highlighting

Using my highlighter, I highlighted her face with a lighter face highlighter so to make the makeup pop out.

Contouring and setting the face

Contouring is always carried out using a dark shed contouring or power. In this process I used a dark shed of power cause run out of contouring. The dark power still gives a good job / effects on the face.

Used setting power to set the face.

Applying of face power

When all that was done, I applied power on her face using her skill color to make the work looks nice and neat with no complain. I used for power brush for this process.

Drawing of eye brows

Now let’s move to the critical part of it all, drawing of eye brows.
As a makeup artist your brows determined how good and how professional you are.
In this case, had a little hard time cause my model didn’t allow me to shape her brows, now I had to draw unshave brows and makes it looks neat. After much work I got it done ✅

Concealing of Brows

When the drawing was done I had to conceal the brows to the shape and style I want.
Then highlighted the edge to pop out the brows.

Quick one, how do you see the eye brows?

Applying of Eye shadow

Now let’s apply the eye shadow
Took few seconds to finally come up with the colors/ perfect shadow that will fit her and also match with the makeup.

Applying of Blush and bronzer

Applied blush on the cheek area to pop up the face/beat

Lipstick

Last work to be done
Lining the lips .
