FOOD CHALLENGE FOR CHILDREN WEEK #5|| PANCAKES WITH VEGETABLES//10% PC TO STEEMKIDSS

Hello friends, who really miss me, I miss you all.
I am here to participate in this week food challenge organized by @steemkidss.here I am to show you what I prepare for my breakfast this morning. Is a very simple food for breakfast and some people use it as snacks. In my food challenge is pancakes with vegetables. Not the normal way of preparing it but the one my mother taught me how to do it.

2 cups of flour	400
Green pea	100
Carrot	100

A little salt
A cube of maggi
Vegetable oil	120
Egg	120
Total	1200

What I did first was to wash my vegetable that I am using.

Then I start to slice then in cubes.

I later slice my onions and fresh Pepper then mixed it together after that I boil water to be Luke warm water.
I then use a clean bowel and pour my flour then add water and mix it to be smooth

Later I add my slice onions, pepper and my vegetable and my maggi and salt then mixed it well.

After mixing I then put my frying pan in fire the. Add my vegetable oil very little as if I want to fry egg then when the oil was hot I now scope my flour mixture and put.

Then fry it little by little till I finish frying then I eat it with tea for breakfast.

My brother assisted me in cooking it.

CONCLUSION
