Setting goals is a very good way of tracking and making sure that we complete our plans, it's not always easy to make plans and be on it because there are always obstacles. This same thing goes with steemit, we all have plans to reach dolphins and whales but what are the steps which we have kept to make sure we achieve these goals?.

This is the goal of the contest, it helps establish this dream with ease. Setting up a goal of 150k steem power and above every month would fetch us something huge as we get to the next year. It is a challenge that will awaken us to achieve these goal.

I would love to appreciate @bossj23 for coming up with these contest, it has really been of help to a lot of people in achieving their goals.

Do you think this challenge would help you grow your steem power?

This is a very good vision, which at first I was able to key in but as I said they're always challenges and obstacles to good goals, my school period came up and the schemes were broad but the time frame wasn't enough so we had to cover up things for ourselves, which means I have to put more focus on my studies.

This challenge is really a push to us to achieve our dreams in steem, getting to such milestone like the other top people on steem is a great dream for me, with this challenge I know I can reach that point. So from this challenge I think I can achieve that goal.

How many steem power do you have currently and how to do plan growing your steem power with this challenge?

Currently, I have just 507 Sp which I want to grow with this challenge. The plans which I have made towards this goal is to make posts and comments on steemit and also be consistent, it is really a tough task but we will always try in order to achieve it. I will create more time for posts, though I have exams to still take on, I'll make time to make quality posts and comments on steemit and reach my challenge goal.

What's your target steem Power before the end of this monthly challenge?

My target steem power is to hit 650 steems, with all seriousness I hope to achieve this goal, and expecting votes on my posts, I know I will reach this great milestone.

What makes you feel you can hit this target of 150 SP in a month without powering up?

The only way in this challenge to reach the target is to make posts and comments and gain from it too, that's the only way. With these motivation I am very prepared to make these posts, hoping to get votes I know I will achieve these goal.
