Previously I said that the Steemit Engagement Challenge organized by Steem Kids & Parents with the topic "Effects of parents behavior on child's physical and mental health" is an important learning platform, meaning that by carrying out this topic it is hoped that participants can understand the role of parents as an important foundation for future growth and development of the child.
I am moved to write here within a predetermined framework based on real experiences that I had from pre-school age to completion of my undergraduate education and when my parents left for good to face the creator a few years ago.
How has your parent's behavior affected you? (Positively or negatively? |

This is interesting to share with all steemians because I have gone through a process of growth and development in a very long period of time, from being born until my parents died (at that time I was 29 years old).
The family's financial limitations do not reduce the love of both parents who live in the village by relying on the traditional agricultural sector as a support for life. I was born as the 8th child of 9 siblings. When viewed from the family's economic perspective, we have limitations in everything, but my parents have the principle that "If he (my parents) live within financial limitations their children must rise to be better with success through education".
My parents continued to look after, guide and supervise me from pre-school age until I was working after completing my undergraduate education, we were limited in our movement so as not to be affected by a negative environment, we had to complete every task at school after school and had to study extra at night. day.
We continue to receive strict supervision by ensuring our presence in the school environment and non-formal education in the evening once a week. We are taught how to work hard and try to get out of the poverty zone. Never get pressured if you make a mistake.
Phenomenon with 7 older siblings and 1 younger sibling, made me have to be independent to work during school holidays. I did this to buy various school supplies that were no longer fit for use by other children. It's sad, but everything has passed thanks to them who in totality directed us to become human beings who are ethical and full of responsibility.
Which of your parent's behavior do you like most? |

Nurturing their children is a role model for me, because we were forged not to be human beings who complain, but to be strong individuals to change our destiny, to become individuals who can give, not expect mercy from others.
I'm and all my brothers and sisters have never been under pressure if we did something wrong, we were directed and given input about the mistakes that were made so that they would not be repeated in the future. The philosophy of life is important and always embedded in my mind when he (father) said that " We don't live for ourselves, but how can we improve the quality of life so that it benefits everyone."
When my parents died, I realized that even though their education did not pass public schools, their integrity to bring change to their children became my role model for all time in educating my two children today.
what's the best way parents can impart good Values to their kids? |
---|
My parents weren't perfect compared to other parents with all-around financial capabilities, but he taught us many things, taught us about responsibility, discipline and meaning for others.
At first I didn't realize that every assignment given was part of maturing myself and my character, but I realized that when I was working, I had my own income.
In general, today's school-age children prefer gadgets, which I never saw or heard of when I was a child, I was only preoccupied with the daily routine of helping both parents meet economic limitations (fulfillment of basic needs), we have to get up at 5 in the morning and maximize time. free to help them.
I didn't have much time to play and met a lot of friends outside of school hours, but behind it all I realized that this was the end of everything and I was forged to be a better person than him and useful for others.
Write a short message to your parent |
---|
If they are still alive, I will dedicate myself for the rest of their life to being the most proud child, able to make them smile when they see me succeeding in education and getting an adequate job as a health worker (parents' dream profession).
Thank you father... Thank you mother... you are figures who will not be replaced at any time, may Allah give them a proper place by their side, "I will not be able to repay your services (father and mother), because I can only remember your services in my every prayer".
Conclusion:
The growth and development of children is strongly influenced by parental and environmental factors, parents who educate their children with patterns of violence will affect the psychological growth of children, we will find two criteria for children if this happens, for example tend to be alone or become a bad and unstoppable person.
Children as the next generation of the nation should be properly cared for so that parents play a role in stimulating the growth and development of their brains, nurturing and guiding them in this phase of life.
